We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer / Sales Representative

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking for a Customer / Sales Representative who will attend to customers, manage inquiries, and support daily sales activities.
• The role requires someone friendly, organized, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and online customers politely and professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in person
• Assist customers with product selection and order processing
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Support daily store operations and teamwork

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum qualification: SSCE

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar customer service or sales role is an added advantage

Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good time management and attention to detail

Other Requirements:

• Female applicants only
• Minimum age: 25 years
• Must be located in or close to Lekki Phase 1

Remuneration

• Salary range: N100,000 / Month.
