Job Description

• Helpdesk is responsible for logging and prioritising service requests into the CAFM system, providing the users with a unique task reference number and notifying the agreed services.
• Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues, Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
• Physical visit to follow up on completed jobs

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years of work experience.

Salary
N75,000 / month.
