Ukeccy Solutions - Our client is a fashion brand that makes only female workwears and its factory is situated at the Okota area on the mainland.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Generate sales leads
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Identify and assunication
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Ensure all orders are processed and delivered on time to customers
• Provide accurate, valid ess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive command complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Weekly and monthly report must be sent to your supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND. B.Sc in Marketing or related field is a plus.
• High school degree.
• Experience: 2 - 4 years
• Proven work experience as a Customer Success Representative or similar role
• Understanding of the QuickBooks, Shopify and google sheets
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Must be living in Okotaenvirons or close by.
• Preferably a female.

Salary
N50,000 / month.
