Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 0-2 years of work experience.
