Job Position: Customer Service Online Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, social media, or other digital platforms.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, sales, IT) to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• Process online orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and system updates to support customers effectively.

• Must reside within the axis of Ago palace way, Okota, Lagos State.
