Dews and Petals Limited is the biggest pest control company in Nigeria. We are in the business of protecting food, health and property from the threat of pests. We also provide moving and Logistics services. Founded in 2017, we serve 7000+ clients in Abuja, Kano and other states in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Answering Calls: Responding to Incoming customer Calls and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Providing Information: Offering Details about our services, prices and company policies.
• Issue Resolution: Identifying customer problems and providing effective solutions through the necessary means.
• Data Entry and Customer Assistance: Accurately documenting customer data and guiding clientsthrough processes and procedures.
• Follow-up: Post Interactive calls to ensure completion and satisfaction of service.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service process.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Fluency in speaking and writing in English
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized and able to follow a schedule.
• Ability to multitask.
• Efficient with the use of CRM Software.
