G-Shoppers provide easy food shopping support to homes, career men, and women and business people who are faced with the challenge of being constantly away from home and have less or no time to shop as well as cook. We execute orders to supply food stuff and items such as fresh meat, sea foods, frozen, dry foods, vegetables, fruits, and prepped ready to cook food ingredients. We are based in portharcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Sales Officer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for Customer service sales officers who will act as the face of the company, directly work with customers to take orders, answer their questions, and provide additional support where needed.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Taking orders from our different sales channels, whatsapp, website, Ig etc
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Excellent knowledge of our products to be able to solve customer issues.
• Ensuring all customer orders are processed efficiently.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Maintaining a positive, courteous, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 2 years of work experience.
• Candidate must reside around Eliozu or locations not far from Eliozu.
• Must have completed National Youth Service Corporation (NYSC)
• Proven customer support experience
• Must speak and write crisp and clear English
• Must be able to work onweekends
• Work from the office 25days a month
• Should be willing to work with the company long term.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
