Summary

• We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern (Corper) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email & chat
• Resolve complaints with professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Support the team in daily operations.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 1 year of work experience
• Must be a serving Corper (NYSC)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Passion for excellent customer experience.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
