Job Description

  • The Data Analytics Officer will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • The role will support strategic initiatives by leveraging data to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and inform product development.??

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform statistical analysis and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
  • Develop predictive models and apply machine learning techniques to support forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations based on data insights to optimize business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging analytics tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance analytical capabilities.

Requirements
Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in analytics is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with big data platforms and cloud-based analytics solutions is an advantage.
