Job Position: Data Entry Officer

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Data Entry Officer – Operations is responsible for accurate entry, maintenance, and reporting of factory operational and production data to support efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update production, inventory, and operational data accurately.
• Record raw material usage, finished goods output, wastage, and downtime.
• Maintain stock movement records and factory documentation.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Prepare routine operational reports.
• Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with factory procedures.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of OND/HND or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Working Conditions
• Factory-based role.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with inventory or production systems is an advantage.

• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
