Job Position: Debt Capital Markets Analyst
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- To manage workstreams in support of the origination, structuring and execution of Capital Markets transactions by developing a seasoned understanding of the Capital Markets product offering and processes and by performing delegated activities independently, within defined quality standards, risk parameters and relevant regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- First Degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a track record managing multiple workstreams to deliver timely results.
- A strong track record in financial modelling and analysis.
- Basic understanding of P&L and various capital structures required. Asset-backed financing and/or credit experience is a plus.
- A track record comfortably interact with business clients and management and demonstrated organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Display a genuine interest for financial markets and global economics with relevant industry experience via Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or equivalent.
- Seasoned technology experience and the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent Excel (macros, pivot tables, look-ups and filtering), Word and PowerPoint skills.
