Job Locations: Oyingbo, Yaba, Ikotun, Mile 12, Ile Epo, Lagos Island, Alaba, Oshodi, Festac, Benson & Bariga - Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Summary

• As a Deposit Mobilization Officer (DMO)/AJO Agent you are responsible for acquiring new savings customers, driving deposit growth, and ensuring long-term customer retention. management.

Responsibilities 

• Actively source and onboard new customers for savings and deposit products.
• Implement strategic initiatives to meet monthly and quarterly deposit target
• Increase the deposit base through targeted marketing and field activities
• Engage in door-to-door sales, community activations, and business meetups to drive awareness.
• Identify, onboard, and manage AJO groups for monthly contributions.
• Track savings growth and ensure timely contributions from group members.
• Introduce structured savings plans to boost long-term deposit commitments
• Collaborate with branch teams to cross-sell savings solutions to loan customers.
• Leverage partnerships with community leaders and influencers to drive savings adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc / HND
• Previous experience as a field/ sales agent is preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Applicant must be available to resume immediately

Salary
N146,000 + bonuses and other benefits.
