Job Position: Digital Marketer / Front Desk Officer
Job Location: Agege, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responding to inquiries professionally
• Handling the company social media pages
• Creating content, posting and running social advert as professional
• Responding to chat, engagement and generating sales on social media
• Converting prospects to clients
• Client service management (Online, Radio Clients and Walk-In clients)
• Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
• Record contact information of all prospects and clients
• Filing of documents
• ?Follow up with potential and existing clients
• Preparation of essential documents for clients
• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the organization
• Preparation of weekly report to line manager
• Reporting to the managing director
• Any other duty assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND / Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 4 years of work experience.
