Job Description

• We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketer to lead client acquisition efforts for our HR and recruitment services.
• ‎This role is focused on generating qualified business leads and converting them into paying subscribers.
• The ideal candidate understands B2B marketing, lead generation funnels, and performance tracking

Responsibilities

• ‎Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on attracting and converting business clients.
• ‎Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to generate qualified B2B leads.
• ‎Build and manage lead funnels, including landing pages, email follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
• ‎Track and report key performance metrics, including leads generated, conversion rates, and client acquisition numbers.
• ‎Drive strategies that result in a minimum of five (5) new subscribing clients per month.

Requirements

• ‎Proven ability to generate and convert business leads.
• ‎Experience running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• ‎Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, email marketing, and analytics.
• ‎Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• ‎Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Salary
N80,000 per month.
