Job Position: Director of Human Capital Management

Job Summary

• We are seeking an accomplished Director of Human Capital Management to lead our people strategy and align it with the organization’s mission and goals.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic human capital initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the effective management of talent across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement human capital strategies that support the organization’s objectives.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
• Design and drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Lead the development of leadership and employee training programs.
• Ensure the organization is compliant with all labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks.
• Partner with senior leadership to address workforce challenges and opportunities.
• Implement data-driven HR analytics to measure and enhance workforce performance.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Human Capital Management or similar is preferred.
• A minimum of [8 - 10 years] of progressive experience in Human Capital Management, with at least [5 years] in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic human capital initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or SPHR are highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
