Dondax Express Servicesis a logistic platform that manages on-demand and scheduled deliveries for a variety of user segments, ranging from business establishments to individual clients. Recently Dondxa Express Services is partnering with one of the biggeste-commerce platform in nigeria to provide delivery services to its customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Dispatch Rider

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
• Responsible for contacting customers to verify the delivery address.
• Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
• Responsible for collecting money for bought items upon delivery to the customer.
• Responsible for daily maintenance of company tools including cleaning and care of motorbike.
• Record daily deliveries through delivery notes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualifications.
• A minimum of 1 year and above experience.
• Thorough understanding of Lagos roads and travel routes.
• Good knowledge of traffic signs and laws.
• Average written and spoken English.
• Must have a valid rider's card.
• Should reside on the mainland preferably.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Polite and able to get along with people.
• Must know how to use POS, google map and Andriod phone.

Salary
N50,000 monthly
