Job Overview


  • We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team.
  • The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the hospital’s executive leadership.
  • This individual will be responsible for handling sensitive information, managing executive schedules, and coordinating hospital-wide initiatives to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for hospital executives.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives, department heads, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Organize and facilitate internal meetings, conferences, and other hospital events.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in special projects and tasks as directed by the executive team.
  • Draft, review, and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for executives.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for board meetings and other high-level hospital events.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory for executive offices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
