We have a vast experience in the outsourcing business as we currently manage resources for major clients in all sectors of the Nigerian economy. In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. After successfully gaining ground in all the 36 states of the federation, we are gradually spreading our tentacles to other African Nations. We are currently registered to also do business in Ghana. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Fabrication Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Industry: Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the fabrication team.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the fabrication process.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Manage inventory and procurement of materials needed for production.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 20y ears of experience in fabrication or manufacturing roles, with at least 10 years in a managerial position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of fabrication processes and quality standards.
• Proven ability to improve operational efficiency.
• Process Optimization, Quality Control, Inventory Management, Safety Management, Lean Manufacturing.
