Job Description

• A Facility Manager ensures a building runs smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs
• Ensure health and safe compliance
• Manage maintaince budget and expense
• Report issues to management

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / HND / OND / NCE / Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 6 years of work experience.
• Maintenance knowledge
• Good leadership and communication skill.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
