Job Position: Facility Manager

Job Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our facilities.
• The successful candidate will ensure that all physical infrastructure operates efficiently and meets health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Oversee utilities management and cost optimization
• Prepare facility budgets and monitor expenditures
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
