Job Position: Facility Manager

Job Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Facility Manager will be responsible for the overall maintenance, functionality, and day-to-day operations of the coworking space.
• This role ensures that the facility is safe, efficient, well-maintained, and provides an excellent experience for members, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the coworking space
• Ensure all facilities (power, water, internet, HVAC, security systems, furniture, and equipment) are fully functional
• Managing budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements to ensure that the property is properly maintained and upgraded as needed.
• Manage vendors, service providers, and maintenance contractors.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Supervise cleaning, security, and support staff.
• Handle member complaints or facility-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Support events and activities by ensuring facilities are properly set up.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in facility or operations management (coworking, hospitality, or commercial property experience is an advantage)
• Good understanding of building systems and equipment, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, electrical, and security systems, and maintenance processes.
• Able to communicate effectively with employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Able to lead and motivate a team of employees.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Able to quickly identify and resolve problems with building systems and equipment.
• Able to manage budgets, analyze costs, and negotiate contracts with vendors.

 Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
