We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Facility Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Daily inspect the offices, toilets and all common areas and revert with report of any observed deficiencies for prompt fixing.
• Allocate office space according to needs
• Monitor and keep record of all first aid boxes to ensure that they are well stocked.
• Control activities like parking space allocation, water consumption, building security etc.
• Ensures that buildings and grounds are clean.
• Manage Janitorial Staff.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
