Demson Farms is an Integrated farms with about 5,000 hectres in Kuje, Abuja, we are mainly into crop and livestock farming.

We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:

Job Position: Farm Manager
Job Location: Abuja

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Masters degree in Agriculture or equivalent
• Experience in land clearing, oil palm nursery and plantation management
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office packages: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for farm activities.
• Plan finances and production to maintain farm progress against budget parameters
• Oversee farming activities
• Maintain and monitor the quality of yield
• Organizing of the crop transport to the mill
• Farm budget and cost control
• Preparing and forwarding monthly Operations Report to Executive Management.
• Training and guidance of plantation staff
