Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Manager to oversee store operations, enhance customer service, and manage a team in a dynamic retail environment.
• This role is ideal for an individual with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced fashion retail environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting and achieving individual and store-wide sales goals
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution
• Manage employee schedules, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a well-trained, motivated team
• Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Ensure the store is organized, clean, and meets brand standards
• Collaborate with senior management to identify business opportunities, areas for improvement, and to implement new initiatives.

Requirements

• BSc Degree with 3 - 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands
• Proven leadership and team management experience with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Solid understanding of inventory management, sales reporting, and store operations
• Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with professionalism and poise
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Passion for fashion and an understanding of the Kaya by Dami brand ethos.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 monthly.
