Job Position: Field Maintenance Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to determine their needs and explain complex issues.
• Conduct research and studies on-site.
• Install new systems and technology.
• Inspect and test materials and machinery for safety.
• Manage field activities and implement engineering designs.
• Diagnose construction or machinery problems.
• Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise.
• Oversee repairs and technical improvements.
• Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Telecommunication or a relevant field to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be energetic, studious, and have 0-2 years of experience in telecommunications maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of ubiquiti and mikrotik devices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
