We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Mechanical Engineer - Boiler Systems
Job Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for boilers, burners, pumps, valves, and associated mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintenance checklists to minimize downtime.
- Monitor boiler efficiency, pressure, temperature, and emissions to identify deviations and recommend technical adjustments or upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including OEMs, supply chain, service, and execution units to ensure timely maintenance and spare part availability.
- Provide technical expertise for boiler revamp and retrofit solutions, including system redesigns, upgrades, and lifecycle improvements.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of boiler spare parts, specifications, compatibility, and performance standards.
- Support the planning and execution of installation, commissioning, and operational readiness of mechanical systems and retrofit projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis of mechanical failures and recommend engineering solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal engineering protocols.
- Prepare and update technical documentation such as service reports, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in boiler and thermal systems.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with hands-on experience in boiler maintenance and industrial plant operations.

2.) Human Resource / Administrative Manager

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to retention and exit while also ensuring smooth operations of office administration.
- This role is critical in building a high-performance workforce and maintaining a compliant, efficient, and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Plan and execute talent acquisition strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll inputs, leave management, and statutory remittances.

Employee Relations:
- Act as the main point of contact for staff on HR-related matters.

Performance Management:

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years of Human Resource and administrative experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, or construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, Human Resource best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience with compensation planning, employee engagement, recruitment strategy, and policy development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Human Resource software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of administrative and executive support tasks, ensuring the MD’s time and priorities are effectively aligned with business objectives.
- This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and a strong understanding of technical or project-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the MD, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to track project timelines, deliverables, and reports as directed by the MD.
- Meeting Management: Organize and prepare materials for internal and external meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Communication & Documentation: Draft and review reports, memos, and communications; ensure accuracy and alignment with the firm’s standards.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate complex travel arrangements, site visits, and logistics for the MD and project stakeholders.
- Confidential Records Management: Maintain and safeguard confidential documents including contracts, proposals, and legal agreements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secreterial Administrationor related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within the engineering, construction, or technical services sector.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
