Job Description

• We are looking for energetic, proactive, and street-smart candidates to join our team.

The Role

• The primary goal is to get Monochrome Convoy moving on Deltaroads.
• You will be on the front lines, identifying potential drivers, pitching the benefits of our app, and completing their registration.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify Prospects: Locate and engage with car owners and commercial drivers across Warri, Sapele and Asaba(hubs, parks, and popular driver hangouts).
• Onboard: Guide drivers through the app download and sign-up process.
• Document Verification: Ensure all required documents (Driver’s License, Vehicle Paper, etc.) are correctly uploaded and clear.
• Activation: Ensure the driver account is fully registered and operational.
• Note: Full Training Provided. We will train all successful candidates on how to use the app, verify documents, and effectively onboard drivers to ensure you are successful from day one.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification.
• Young & Proactive: A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Communication: Ability to speak clearly to drivers in English and Pidgin.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using and explaining mobile applications.
• City Knowledge: Familiarity with major hubs, parks, and roads in Warri, Sapele & Asaba.

Earnings & Benefits

• Salary: N50,000 - N300,000 monthly
• This is a strictly commission-based role designed for high performers. We offer a competitive payout structure:
• Earn between N2,500 and N5,000 per driver recruited.
• Unlimited Earnings: The more you recruit, the more you earn—no limits!
• Growth: Top-performing agents will be prioritized for supervisor roles as we expand.
