We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Finance Executive
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers
• Monitoring of petty cash expenses report
• Ensure all expenses are within assigned/approved expenses
• Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, invoices, proposals etc. as required
• Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely
• Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded
• Manage the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, expenses reports etc.
• Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting
• Update financial records with recent transactions and changes
• Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial-related issues
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Updating of daily bank payment
• Preparation of staff pension and payment schedule
• Oversee of other regions' daily activities
• Supporting the Finance Managers with projects and tasks when required.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
