Our mission is to boost productivity, reduce post-harvest losses, and increase farmers' profitability through innovative solutions, market linkage services, and farmer empowerment programs like the Raise A Farmer Initiative (RAFI).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Finance Officer
Job Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts
• Process monthly payroll, including salaries and statutory deductions
• Track expenses and monitor budgets
• Prepare routine financial reports and bank reconciliations
• Manage petty cash and payment processing
• Support audits, compliance, and financial documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 – 4 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or finance support roles
• Proficiency in accounting/payroll software and Microsoft Excel
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
