Job Position: Financial Accountant 
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to prepare financial reports, budgets, and perform general accounting duties.
• The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Collaborate with the audit team to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Provide financial guidance and support to non-finance teams.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 -6 years in financial accounting.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and general accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Qualifications: Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are an advantage.
