Grubspot Nigeria is a Food Company that deals majorly on the production of small chops, grills and other kinds of finger foods. Our services include: Lunch Delivery, Event Catering Services, and Birthday Surprise Packages.

We are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Food Operations Assistant (Food Services)

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities & Duties
Duties include but not limited to the following:

• Planning and coordinating end to end activities for the company 
• Timely coordination of cooking personnel’s duties to ensure prompt preparation whilst maintaining safety and economical operation 
• Must have Excellent Verbal ,Written and Numerical skills. 
• Ability to lead, motivate and effectively coordinate the team
• Dependable and very reliable
• Self starter and ability to work unsupervised yet deliver on all tasks 
• Accurate maintenance of food equipment inventory, inventory record management and record keeping
• Timely investigation and resolution of complaints on food quality and services 
• Monitor budgets and payroll records to ensure authorised expenditure 
• Personable and responsive to all stakeholders (employees, customers, vendors etc)
• Flexible with work schedule and whilst being able to work under pressure 
• Must know how to use the Microsoft office suite tools.
