A consumer packaged grocery food Retail Store (MULTIFIX Food-Variety Store) urgently requires suitably qualified Freelance or Independent marketer.

JOB POSITION: Freelance Marketer

JOB LOCATION: Apete, Ibadan (Oyo State)

REQUIREMENTS

The qualified candidate:

• -Must be of good character; humble, polite, disciplined, intelligent and smart.
• - Must be passionate, positive, proactive, enthusiastic, goal and result-oriented.

The qualified candidate must have the following SKILLS:

• - Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
• - Numerical and analytical ability
• - Creative and imaginative skills
• - Creative and commercial awareness skills
• - Influencing and negotiation skills
• - Good oral and written communication
• - Good oral presentation skills for media broadcasting in marketing/advertising of the product brand.
• - Good team player with a customer-oriended approach.
• - Good interpersonal relationship with the customers, market stakeholders, market women and traders.

The qualified candidate must have the CAPABILITY in handling the following task:

• - Contribution in designing and developing marketing plan for the Retail Store.
• - Contribution of information, ideas and research for developing marketing strategies.
• - Promotional ideas and plan for products and the entire brand of the Retail Store.
• - Developing sales strategies, tactics and approaches for the different grocery food product packages being offered.
• - Conducting market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
• - Analysing trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
• - Sharing with the customers the advertising/promotional materials
• - flyers, bronchures etc for boosting sales.
• - Facilitating sales for meeting up with the sales target.

The candidates who are ND, HND, and B.Sc degree holders in Sales and Marketing are eligible to apply.
