Job Description

  • Are you a passionate Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on back-end development?
  • Do you have a minimum of 3 years of experience and the ability to work fully remote? If so, this opportunity is for you!
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of MySQL, Laravel, and experience with payment solutions.

Responsibilities


  • Write and maintain clean, scalable code for server-side web application logic, APIs, and services.
  • Design, integrate, and manage databases, ensuring secure and optimized data storage and retrieval.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX elements with server-side logic.
  • Develop and maintain APIs for data exchange between the front-end and back-end systems.
  • Implement security measures to protect data and application functionality, including user authentication, authorization, and encryption.
  • Monitor and improve application performance, ensuring responsiveness and speed, particularly as the system scales.
  • Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
  • Use version control tools to manage and document codebase changes.
  • Automate and manage the deployment of applications to staging or production environments using DevOps practices.
  • Write technical documentation for back-end processes, databases, and APIs.

Requirements

  • Candidates should provide examples of past SaaS/e-commerce projects they worked on with their application
  • Selected candidates will be required to commit full-time to the role for the contract duration.

Essential Skills:

  • NextJs/ReactJs, PHP, Laravel, MySQL
  • Extensive experience in developing e-commerce sites
  • Experience in designing and building APIs, and integrating many external APIs
  • Knowledge of e-commerce systems, payment gateways, and CRM APIs integration
  • Knowledge of AWS DevOps and cloud services
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS preferably, Google Cloud)
  • Understands software development i.e. coding standards, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies
  • Understands agile methodologies, version control systems, and development frameworks
  • Understands security standards, including data protection and encryption techniques.
  • Has good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Websocket with Laravel
  • OpenAI API
  • Youtube Analytics API
  • Website Scraping
  • Admin Dashboard development experience.

What's on Offer

  • Salary Range – N350,000 – N500,000 per month
  • 3 months rolling contract
  • Fully Remote Working.
