Job Position: Full Stack Software Developer

Description

• We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Full Stack Software Developer to join our team and help us build the next generation of LLM-powered web applications.
• This is not an entry-level role. We want an experienced mid-level developer who already understands how to build web applications the traditional way and is now eager to push boundaries by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate development, improve user experience, and create entirely new product capabilities. The successful candidate can work remotely but will be required to be in the office atleast once a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Django, Node.js, etc.) and Large Language Models(e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, balancing traditional software engineering with AI-enhanced workflows.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, AI tooling, and web technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-stack web developer, ability to build out web applications from start to finish using Large Language Models.
• Strong understanding of modern web development frameworks and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship production-grade applications.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs (payment gateways, auth systems, data services).
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for working with LLM platforms(OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and experiment responsibly.
• Experience working directly with LLM APIs (e.g., prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings).
• Must be able to self-regulate and meet development deadlines, typically 2 weeks
• Excellent speaking, listening and presentation skills.
• Manage a portfolio of web applications.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in product design or UI/UX.
• Be a catalyst to deliver truly disruptive products that are growing rapidly
• Solve unique and first-order problems at a massive scale across web applications
• A working knowledge of WordPress is ideal but not mandatory.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
