Job Position: General Manager / Chief Operating Officer - Renewable Energy Solutions

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented professional to take on the role of General Manager / Chief Operating Officer (GM/COO) to lead its Renewable Energy Business, with a focus on solar power solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

What You’ll Be Leading
Our renewable energy division offers:

• Solar Power Systems
• Inverter Backup Solutions
• Additional power support technologies for uninterrupted energy supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the renewable energy division
• Manage and grow the solar and inverter solution offerings
• Lead business development and partner engagement
• Drive project execution, sales performance, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient service delivery
• Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience in solar or inverter energy systems
• Deep understanding of Nigeria’s energy market and its challenges
• Proven record of driving business performance and operational excellence
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• A passion for sustainable energy and innovation.
