Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee the entire store's operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service. 
• This is a high-level managerial role requiring strong leadership and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve store performance
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring budget adherence and cost control
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring staff productivity and high morale
• Maintain optimal stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure efficient procurement processes
• Foster a positive customer experience by maintaining high service standards and handling escalated customer concerns professionally
• Identify opportunities for business development and process improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar high-level managerial role within the retail sector.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and operational management abilities
• Proven ability to drive sales and improve business performance
• Experience with inventory management, supplier coordination, and financial oversight
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in store management software and business reporting tools.
