Job Overview

• We are seeking a General Manager who will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the company’s operations, with a focus on improving engineering processes, enhancing production efficiency, ensuring effective project management, and driving the business.
• General Manager will set and achieve financial and operational goals, ensuring that the company delivers high-quality products and services while meeting growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall company growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
• Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the company’s performance or reputation.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make informed decisions.
• Manage client relationships and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop new business initiatives, including market analysis and expansion strategies.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, production processes, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make high-level decisions, solve complex problems, and drive company success.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.

Remuneration
N400,000 monthly.
