Job Position: General Manager (Technical)

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Work mode: Fully Onsite

Position Overview

• The General Manager – Technical will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality MEP services. 
• This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a proven track record in business development within the MEP industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical teams across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to standards and timelines.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of MEP systems, ensuring efficiency and innovation.
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships.
• Prepare detailed documentation, proposals, and reports for internal and client use.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training, and professional development within the technical teams.
• Collaborate with senior management to shape the company’s technical strategy and growth initiatives.
• Champion the integration of automation and cutting-edge technology into project solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years  hands-on experience in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Registered with COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria).
• Proficient in CAD software and other relevant M&E applications.
• Strong business development and technical documentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, project management, and automation technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Remuneration
N600,000 - N700,000 / Monthly (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
