They are currently looking to engage a suitable qualified professional who would be responsible for leading the Business Development Department while working with other Senior Management Staff reporting to the CEO to provide high quality service to the customers with a view of expanding business relations and ensure that the company deliver service that are in alignment to market’s demand, company Mission, Policies, Procedures and Processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base based on market intelligence emanating from the trade.
• Organize motivate and lead Business Development team performance against the set/agreed target
• Supervising motivating and monitoring team performance against set/agreed target
• Develop business plan and market penetration strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Assist in the development and implementation of business development plan as needed
• Analysis of customer research. Current market conditions and competitor information
• Monitor the customer perception and evaluation of the company’s service level
• Develop and implement business development plans and strategies for new and existing products
• Ensure that business development executive provide required information for all client interaction
• Track collection process and ensure full compliance

The Successful Applicant

For the successful Group Head Commercials & Training Services, you will have;

• A minimum of 5-8 years’   work experience, which must include not less than 2 years of Supervisory experience and   3-4 Years in a similar role.                  
• Strong personal network across the oil and Gas sector, especially the IOCs.
• Must be a strong team player and have excellent leadership skills to develop a successful business development unit with strong capabilities to win new businesses.
