This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage the accounting team and provide valuable insights for business growth.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><br /> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Lead and supervise the Accounts Department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.</li> <li>Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards, tax regulations, and other statutory/regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Manage existing and where necessary, develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.</li> <li>Monitor cash flow, manage company accounts, and oversee payroll administration.</li> <li>Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.</li> <li>Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.</li> <li>Mentor and develop accounting staff to enhance team performance.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Male (for gender balance in the department).</li> <li>B.Sc. or HND in Accounting from a recognized institution.</li> <li>Chartered Accountant (ICAN) - Added advantage</li> <li>MSc / MBA - Added advantage</li> <li>Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and corporate finance.</li> <li>Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li> <li>High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.</li> <li>Must be willing to resume immediately.</li> <li>Salary is negotiable.</li> <li>Must reside within Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, Ajah or Ibeju-Lekki Axis</li> </ul> <p>Application Deadline: 26th February
