Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our hotel.
• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4years experience in hotel operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management:

• Oversee and coordinate all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and security.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain high service standards across the property.

Staff Management:

• Supervise and support departmental supervisors and team members.
• Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and shift scheduling.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.

Guest Experience:

• Ensure excellent guest service at all times.
• Address and resolve guest complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Monitor feedback and implement improvements where needed.

Quality & Standards Compliance:

• Conduct routine inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Address maintenance issues and follow up until resolved.

Communication & Coordination:

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Maintain clear communication between all hotel departments.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when necessary.
