Job Position: Hotel Supervisor
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house staff, including receptionists, concierges, and porters.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints.
• Manage room allocations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, revenue, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, food and beverage) to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and maintain high standards of quality, health, and safety.
• Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and expenses.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Hotel Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
