Working time: Monday - Saturday

Description 

• Our client, an international education company with the goal to provide the best online English tutors for students who speak English as a secondary language with their high-end office is located in Surulere, Lagos and Seeking HR Manager for immediate employment.

Summary of Job Function

• The HR Manager is responsible for acquiring talent online and offline. Schedule and conduct interviews on behalf of the company. Enforce company regulations and supervise all employees.

Responsibilities

• Help the company to acquire talents online and offline. Schedule and conduct interviews on behalf of the company. Calculate all employees’ monthly salaries. Enforce company regulations and supervise all employees. And any other administration work assigned by the company.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• The ideal candidate must have a Minimum college degree or higher education.
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of Cognate experience is desirable.
• Computer literate and office routine proficient
• A strong social network for talent searching
• Excellence in communications and negotiations.

Working Condition:

• We provide each staff with unlimited high-speed WiFi. For certain positions, we provide free accommodations in luxury villas. We provide each employee with laptops and smartphones to work.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly with commission.
