Job Description

• We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations and support our growing team in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
• Oversee performance management, discipline, and employee relations
• Implement HR policies, compliance, and staff welfare systems
• Coordinate training, workforce planning, and payroll support

Requirements

• Proven HR management experience (hospitality/FMCG experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour practices and HR administration
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• High integrity and ability to work under pressure
