We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: HR Officer
Job Location: Ajah,  Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures
• Support the development and implementation of HR Initiatives and systems
• Prepare payroll and ensure working conditions meet legal standard

Requirements

• B.Sc in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related course
• 0 - 2 years of work experience.
• Proven experience as an HR Officer
• Knowledge of HR functions (Pay & Benefits, Recruitment & onboarding, Training & Development , Payroll preparation)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding Organizational and Time management abilities.

Remuneration
N70,000 Monthly.
