Job Position: HR Personnel

Job Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description
We are looking for an HR Professional with great communication and interpersonal skills, the typical job role includes the following, but is not limited to:

• Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
• Assist the Principal or VP in interviewing applicants about their experience, education, and skills
• Write up job descriptions
• Contact references and perform background checks
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
• Refer qualified candidates
• Conduct new employee orientations
• Process paperwork
• Organize employee files
• Perform ad-hoc duties relating to the job.

Qualifications

• BA in Human Resource Management or other related degrees
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be computer literate ( should be able to use Microsoft office minimum)
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• HR Credentials preferred but no required(e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
