Job Position: HR Supervisor
Job Location: South East, Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

• Supports in employee hiring and placement.
• Supports to source and facilitate employee training for the improvement of skills.
• Employee Relations and Personnel Administration
• Health and Safety Management
• Facility and Security Management
• Personnel management

The Person

• B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or any Social Science related courses and professional qualification an added advantage.
• 3- 5 yrs post NYSC experience on the same position in a Manufacturing industry.
• Good Knowledge and Application of Labour laws and related laws.
• Proficient/advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other packages.
• Good negotiating skill.
• Oral and written communication skill.
• Excellent organizational & leadership skill.
• Should be 27-32years of age.
