Job Position: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR support to Retail Operations and Head Office including performance management; Training & coaching; career development; counseling; and disciplinary actions
• They will also assist in creating and implementing policies, processes and documents.

Description of Responsibilities

• Provide Strategic HR guidance to Retail Operations.
• Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs in retail operations.
• Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
• Suggest new HR strategies for the restructuring and realignment of functions and department to suit business needs
• Design and implement JDs ad KPIs for existing and new roles.
• Coach the Retail team ensuring that they are delivering on their purpose and inspiring their teams
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals; evaluating training programs and coordinating trainings for all staffs.
• Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plan business unit restructuring.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of HR.

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree qualification
• Must possess at least one or any combination of an M.Sc, MBA, CIPM, SHRM or any relevant HR professional body;
• Must have 6 years of experience in HR duties like performance management and policies drafting
• Must have coordinated learning and development programs
• Must have managed at least 3 people.

Proposed Salary

• N200,000 per month.
