Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
• Develop and implement performance management and disciplinary processes
• Foster employee engagement and resolve workplace issues
• Develop and update company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and labor laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Residency around Lekki axis is required due to transportation costs

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm
• Saturdays: 8am to 5pm
