We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Ogbunike, Onitsha - Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records
• Support performance appraisal processes
• Handle employee queries and concerns professionally
• Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, and ensure accurate records.
• Handle employee grievances and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Coordinate and facilitate training, workshops, and staff development programs.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
• Contribute to employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and present insights to management.
• Support disciplinary processes and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
